Camp ADEP 2025

Week 1: 6/16-6/20

Week 2: 7/14-7/18

Week 3: 8/11-8/15

Monday - Friday
9am-3pm (additional hours may be arranged in advance)

Campers: Ages 5-12

Volunteer Counselors: Ages 13+
(community service hours for school applicable)

Location: Local Parks and Community Outings
(schedule sent to parents at the start of every week)

Outline of a typical day:

9:00am- Limited free choice upon arrival
9:30am- Children create their list of ideas to plan their day ahead
9:45am- Snack & Hydration
10:00am- Activities (including optional water play)
10:30am- 1:1 & Group Games
12:00pm- Lunch & Hydration
12:30pm- Activities (including optional water play)
1:00pm- 1:1 & Group Games
2:15pm- Snack & Hydration
2:30pm- Activities (including optional water play)
3:00pm- Time to say goodbye!

Campers should bring:

Packed Lunch (or order in advance at an extra cost)
Filled water bottle
Sunscreen (if desired)
Hat (if desired)
Change of clothes, socks or shoes (if needed after water play)

Camp will provide:

Healthy snacks (with consideration to any allergies)
Water refills
Ice
Lunch (with advance notice)

Children need opportunities to explore, socialize, play games, enjoy nature and ultimately reignite their love of learning in a fun and safe environment.

This program utilizes a child-centered approach, focusing on unique interests, passions, strengths and needs.

The children that attend this camp not only practice incorporating values such as respect, fairness, kindness and good sportsmanship, but also develop their social skills, self-advocacy skills, executive functioning skills and more!

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Full Refund: To receive a full refund, cancellations must be submitted via text at least ONE WEEK prior to the start of camp.

Partial Refund: For cancellations during the camp week, a partial refund of $50 per day, per child will be issued only if notice is provided via text no later than 12 HOURS before the camp day begins (with a hard cut-off at 9:00 PM the evening before).

In order to plan for location, staffing, agenda, supplies, and so on, early communication regarding any changes is crucial and much appreciated.
