Cancellation & Refund Policy

Full Refund: To receive a full refund, cancellations must be submitted via text at least ONE WEEK priorto the start of camp.
Partial Refund: For cancellations made after the one-week deadline, a partial refund of $50 per day, per child will be issued only if a written cancellation is sent via text no later than 12 HOURS before the camp day begins (with a hard cut-off at 9:00 PM the evening before).

In order to plan for location, staffing, agenda, supplies, and so on, early communication regarding any changes is crucial and much appreciated.
